Verify it's genuine
Worried a MediHealth Direct parcel or prescription might be fake? Every genuine item we send carries a unique, tamper-evident code you can check in seconds.
How it works
- Scan the code. Every parcel ships with a packing slip carrying a QR code and verification code. Prescription PDFs carry one too.
- We check the signature. The code is a cryptographic signature tied to that exact item. A fake or altered label can't reproduce it.
- See the result. A genuine item shows a confirmation with its details. Anything that doesn't match is flagged.

Frequently asked questions
- Is MediHealth Direct legit?
- Yes. MEDIHEALTH DIRECT LTD is a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15745634) and a registered pharmacy with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC Reg No. 9012663), under Superintendent Pharmacist Muhammad Abdul Jalil (GPhC 2236161).
- How do I know a MediHealth Direct parcel isn't fake?
- Each genuine parcel includes a packing slip with a QR code and a verification code. Scanning the QR recomputes a cryptographic signature on our servers. A counterfeit label cannot reproduce that signature, so it will fail verification.
- How can I check a MediHealth Direct prescription is genuine?
- Every prescription PDF we issue is digitally signed and carries a QR code linking to a verification page. Scanning it confirms the prescription's details against our records.
- What should I do if a parcel or prescription fails verification?
- Do not use the medicine. Contact our team straight away and we'll investigate. Never take a treatment from a parcel that doesn't verify.
